The demolition started on April 26, 2006 at about 8:10 in the morning. It took less than 25 minutes to take down the entire house! If you're wondering why that worker is spraying water on the house, it's to minimize the dust created during the demolition process.

Brad, our general building contractor from BL Builders hired Ferma Corporation to do the demolition, excavation, and dewatering. Ferma is a huge company. For them this job is just a drop in the bucket.

By the end of the day, there was just an empty lot and a very satisfied track excavator (burp!).
