I talked to one of the guys on his Phil's crew this morning and he said the exterior body color is done. Because they spray and then use a roller, they count that as two coats.

Phil and his crew were starting to paint the gutters and fascia today. He said they'll be done with the two coats by this afternoon.

Phil said the Benjamin Moore color we chose for the metal roof over the window seat only comes in a oil-based paint. He wants to use a latex-based paint on the metal surface to resist fading and cracking, so he's going to match the color in a Kelly-Moore latex paint.

On Monday, Phil's going to be ready to start painting the basement, so we emailed the basement colors to him:

Primary Color: Kelly-Moore 26 Oyster
Playroom accent wall: Kelly-Moore KM3859-1 Misty Harbor
Craftroom: Kelly-Moore KM3490-1 French Sonnet

Also on Monday, we should receive our custom-made exterior shutters from ArchitecturalDepot.com. Sometime early next week, the shutters will be painted and hopefully installed. Then the exterior of the house will look like the finished product.

Here are some pictures of the tile accents in bath #2 and bath #3.
