The shutters were delivered this morning, and I brought them over to the job site. One of they guys on Phil's crew said they'll paint them tomorrow. Since the shutters are already primed, they'll just need to paint the final color: Kelly-Moore 407 Carbon.
Today the painters started on the basement. The had already painted bath #1 and were working on the craftroom.
Troy wasn't there today, but the trim for the wainscot in the dining room arrived.
One of the tile crews from Tile Plus started working on the back patio. They're diagonal setting the 16"x16" travertine tiles.
On the ceiling for the back patio, we noticed Phil had painted it the body color when it was supposed to be white (actually Kelly-Moore 14 Frost), so we called Brad to let him know.
Here is how the house looks right now, with the body and trim painted.
Some other packages arrived today too. I received the Elk controller for the security system and an evaluation kit from Simply Automated for the lighting controls.
And finally, we ordered the remaining faucets from Michele at Cornelia's.
